For Individuals, How Does It Work And What Is The Length Of Program?For individual clients, the program consists of a weekly 1:1 coaching call with your performance coach. Each sessions lasts 40 minutes and all calls are conducted online, with a screen share. You also have access to your mental performance coach between sessions for added support. We start with a 4 week program, but the coaching can last as long as you’d like it too. We will asses progress as we go to recalibrate the training program in order to stay on target with each clients goals. Our goal is to set you up for consistent, long-term success which is made possible by the clarity, accountability, and support that your mental performance coach provides.

For Teams, How Does It Work And What Is The Length Of Program?For teams, the program consists of a weekly sessions during the season. Objectives are consistent with the Head Coach's skills, tactical, and communications objectives. You also have access to your mental performance coach between sessions for added support. The coaching can last as long as you’d like it too. We will asses progress as we go to recalibrate the training program in order to stay on target with each clients goals. Our goal is to set the team up for consistent, long-term success which is made possible by the clarity, accountability, and support that your mental performance coach provides.

Is It Better To Wait Until My Schedule Lightens Up To Start The 1-1 Coaching Program?Everyone is super busy. Performance coaching is designed to give some relief. One pillar of the service is time management and organization. Goals and prioritization are also central pillars.

How Does Scheduling Work? What If My Schedule Is Sporadic?All of our work is scheduled to fit in with your schedule.

Is The Mental Performance Coaching Program Customized For Each Person?Yes. The program begins by meeting the athlete where they are today and building a customized program from there. Everyone has different needs and brings a different approach to their sport. We respect those differences and leverage individuals' strengths when we work together.
